I had scheduled “Total Knee Replacement” and my orthopedic team highly recommended “icing” as part of this. My wife and I researched and read all the reviews on soooo many devices. The Breg Polar Care Cube was our choice, and it really worked well. Simple to set up, simple to put on my tender knee and simple to operate. And, it works. It is not “too cold” where it hurts or numbs you. The ice and cold last for hours, there is no real “get up and change ice/water again” At first I was using it off and on all day, and towards the evening sure, add more ice. Very happy with purchase and I think price was appropriate. I really like the fit of the knee cooling pad and the wide stretchy Velcro bands that are totally removable/moveable, they let you really optimize tightness and fit. As I remember while we were researching I had a hard time finding how to measure for the size of my knee cooling pad. I think it was buried in the FAQs or somewhere else, it would be smart to make the measurement/sizing thing VERY obvious. Glad we chose this one. And we do realize we can use it for other injuries or pains, and we can buy different cooling pads for different body parts…. Good choice, can’t go wrong…

After many years I needed to replace the top. The parts you sent worked perfectly, a real life/pain saver.

The cold wrap is exactly what I wanted. The one that came with the machine stopped circulating the cold water and the velcro wasn’t holding.

The bregg compression knee sleeve was the number one thing I used for pain relief. Didn’t need pain meds after 2 days

Godsend!!! Don’t settle for the non compression ice machine and leg sleeve this is the bomb !

unfortunately i had lost my power cord and 4 years later, need the ice machine for another surgery. i ordered one and this company was quick to mail it and great about letting me know when it was on the way.

I love the Polar Cube ice machine. It was easy to fill and carry back and forth to my other room while elevating my leg. After replacing my knee this was nice and compact for me to use and frequently ice.

Had surgery for completely torn ACL, torn MCL and Meniscus, plus cartilage damage inside knee. Have used the Breg Polar Care Wave every day since surgery almost two weeks ago. Easy to use. Keeps knee cold. The compression works and is helpful, but too firm. Also no concern about leaving on too long. It gets cold but not cold enough it seems to cause skin harm (I use light layer in btw skin as pad as directed). Have not used any other products (for full disclosure), but seems hard to beat the quality level of performance for the relatively lower price point.

My wife had a rotator cuff repair and we purchased the polar care cube to aid in her recovery. The order was shipped but the ice cube packs were omitted. I contacted support and was quickly shipped the ice cube packs as well
as an extra set for my troubles. The polar cube system really helped my wife with the initial pain from her surgery. The shipping was fast, the support staff responsive, and the product works great, what more can I say.

Best ice machine I have ever used, will never use another one. This was amazing.

Cold therapy is often sloppy when you use traditional ice wraps and stretch bandages. The ice shifts and often the coverage is imperfect. The Breg Polar wave ankle wrap gives better coverage and ankle compression without the water leaks you have with ice packs and the coverage failures of plain hells. Comfort , compression and coverage!

I purchased this for use after. Total knee replacement. Works well. It is quiet. I purchased the plastic bags to freeze the ice. It stays cold enough while the other set of bags freeze. Simple set up. All is good.

We bought a Breg Wave for my wife to use after her partial knee replacement. Works well on the lower cold/compression setting, helps to lower the swelling and pain.

I had a knee replacement and this ice pack stays cold for a significant amount of time. Would recommend.

These are crucial to have to the ice therapy process. Makes it much easier!
